At Oud Attar, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal fragrances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your scent isn't the perfect match, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Ensure the attar or perfume bottle is in its original, unopened packaging with the cellophane seal intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
